This is a cause for celebration as this is a field that is hardly treated by those who study Imam Ghazali in the west. So it represents an important milestone in Ghazalian studies. Imam Ghazali’s legal theories are well studied in Arabic and especially practical laws (fiqh) in his school of law namely Shafi’i fiqh.
